My primary goal is to provide a safe, empathetic and warm environment to encourage personal exploration and growth. I help clients to find relief from life's challenges so they can give themselves the life they truly deserve.

Everyone entering psychotherapy comes from a unique walk of life. Together, we can identify your specific goals and create a plan that addresses your areas of need. I have experience working with individuals from late teens through adulthood, couples and families.
